Secureframe Named to Forbes' 2025 List of America’s Best Startup Employers
We’re thrilled to share that Secureframe has once again been recognized as one of America’s Best Startup Employers on Forbes’ 2025 list.
Each year, Forbes and market research company Statista evaluate thousands of startups across the U.S. to identify the top employers based on employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth. After gathering more than 7 million data points from over 20,000 eligible companies, only 500 employers were included on the ranking. We’re honored to be included among the top 50 of this year’s standout companies.
At Secureframe, we’re on a mission to empower businesses to build trust through security, privacy, and compliance. To support that mission, we’ve built a global, remote-first team that continues to grow as we expand our platform’s capabilities.
Over the past year, we’ve introduced major enhancements to make security and compliance automation even more powerful and scalable for businesses of all sizes. We now support more than 40 security and regulatory frameworks, making it easier for companies to meet complex requirements. We've also expanded our library of deep integrations, automating even more security and compliance processes. With intelligent AI-powered features, we're helping businesses streamline risk assessments and remediation, while new capabilities like Custom Automated Tests and Workspaces give organizations greater flexibility to tailor Secureframe to their unique needs.
“We’re incredibly proud of the team and culture we’ve built at Secureframe. Being named to Forbes’ Best Startup Employers list is a testament to the amazing colleagues, partners, and customers who share our vision for simplifying security and compliance,” said Shrav Mehta, CEO of Secureframe.
